No, he's freakishly insane in his yo-yo obsession. He actually refrained from taking his yo-yo case with him on this trip; he only brought 5 or 6.
It
is
pretty amazing to watch. Sometimes annoying, and also amusing watching him attract people in crowds, but still pretty amazing.
