In trying to be polite, I end up just being passive-agressively rude.

...Someone find me the courage to just be straight-up agressively rude like I need to?

I feel like confronting people in front of other people is rude, because then everyone else's happy little social situation stops and they have to pay attention to my drama instead. And I really, really don't feel like talking to him one-on-one.
