Deuxieme Photospam
Ah, mon Dieu, les souvenirs! Je pense que ceux de vous qui n'etaient pas dans notre programme vont penser que ces photos ne sont pas tres interessants... mais il y a beaucoup d'histoires des fous dans notre group pour chacun !

Brittany sitting on the ramparts. The ramparts are set up a little funny, in that they slope down so it's easier to fall. There aren't any railings; that thing she's sitting on IS the railing so you don't pitch directly off the walkway.

You have NO idea how long it took us to pose Tansy properly. And that's Marissa and Alex in the background.
The infamous BARBE A PAPA ENORME ! Big enough to comfortably split between two people. However, it is nor possible to carry one back to the Auberge-- I tried. It melted. It was a goatee a papa by the time I got back into Parame.
The Laundry Party!
This is the entirety of the laundry facilities in the Auberge de Jeunesse in Parame: two washers and a dryer. So this party was long. Poor Brendan ended up staying there until 12h30 in the morning because about five minutes before his stuff was done in the washer, some dude walked in with a bag of wet laundry and put in in the dryer, delaying Brendan another half hour. He was NOT happy. I was confused as to how anyone ends up with a bag of clean, wet laundry outside the laundry room.

There is something rather amazing going on in this photo, all the way at the bottom in the right-hand corner: BRENDAN IS DOING HIS VOICI LA FRANCE HOMEWORK. This is unheard-of. Brendan managed to pull off getting a 3 out of 20 on one of them, the three being because we did some of them in class.
