Am utterly coveting "The Haunted Tea-Cosy: A Dispirited and Distasteful Diversion for Christmas" by Edward Gorey. Because it's the Christmas one and its nearly Christmas and I hate Christmas; I'm somewhat coveting "The Gashlycrumb Tinies" and "The Curious Sofa: A Pornographic Work by Ogdred Weary" as well.

Oh, screw it... I want *all* of them. "Cautionary Tales for Children," "The Epileptic Bicycle"... I mean, how can you *not* want a book called "The Epileptic Bicycle"?

I'm actually coveting lots and lots of books at the moment, many of them short and silly ("Paint it Black"; "The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy").

I need time to watch "Glen or Glenda", now that it's arrived.

I read "The Epileptic Bicycle". It was amazing. I love love love Gorey.

And if you don't have "The Melancholy Death of Oysterboy".... it's sitting on my shelf next to all of my favorites. You could borrow it if you'd like.
