PPC gets reality check.
The Tolkien purists have decided that yes, we're too bloody mean. Point was driven home by Mercuria leaving the board, because she couldn't both stay on the board and learn how to treat people kindly. Luckily, Jen created a spiffy new website for purist/fangirl teaching (http://www.geocities.com/jen_loves_elves/index.html). I signed up for the beta-readers list; yay!
Have been disturbingly cheerful all day, much of it through refusing to pay any attention to depressing stuff, but mostly just random--have been hard pressed not to crack up laughing in the hallways. I must be overtired; no one in their right mind is this happy during school hours...
