o.O HOLY SHIT. That's way too damn accurate... skin cancer... I've known I'll probably die of skin cancer since I was about eight... and yet my mother is still attempting to make me go outside this summer...

Anyway.

It's so rare when you wake up and are just thwacked on the head with good news, but that happened today. It's also rare when the good news is the front page of the newspaper, but that happened too. It has been officially decided that anti-sodomy laws are unconstitutional. I still have no faith in mankind, but apparently good things can still happen.

I hope today's not going to be as dreadfully hot as yesterday... I spent all of yesterday Jacobyhousing... actually, I've spent most of the damn week Jacobyhousing. (They have air conditioning.) Despite fact that I've spent all week Jacobyhousing, I haven't seen much of Chris. Have been mostly watching Stargate with Matt (and getting "quite tangled", to use Beky's words). Got the biggest continuous block of reading OotP done there, may have something to do with not having the heat reduce my attention span to that of a gnat.

Brother is home from camp and is now whining at me about the Call ID and pushing buttons... brother annoys me... wish he'd go back to camp... I'll stop whining now.
