Where the hell was I?
Well, some god or other seems to have decided that he/she/it rather likes me, and has rewarded me with a very good weekend. Friday I think I already posted about (have bad memory...).
Saturday I went into the city with Dan and Ella, which was ubermuch fun and exceedingly good for my sanity. And wardrobe. Ella solved my eyeliner curse, yay! Got fingerless lace gloves which I hope will help with the desire to further disfigure my hands, as the scars look bad under the lace. Superficial reason, but desire to make more scars is by now mostly superficial as well. Scars pretty.
At any rate, was very much what I needed, and extremely good for my head (although I think the sudden inundation of endless Bauhaus has negated just a little bit of the saneness). Huzzah, adventure.
Spent most of Sunday Jacobyhousing. Got there at 11h30: Matt didn't wake up 'til about 1. Oh well. Had been doing homework all morning so the sitting-in-the-living-room-reading time was quite nice. Went home at about 5 (although the actual going-home process was messy and unpleasant), then went to dinner at house of friend of family. Can't find any wording I like for interval between 1-5. Go ask Ella, if for some reason you care.
Since then things have been vaguely downhill for such obvious reasons as it being school and not the weekend and everyone generally getting on each other's nerves. But hopefully tomorrow will be a snow day.
Spent a lot of this afternoon being Gothically inspired. Not sure why. Oh well; if it means getting reading and writing done, is good.
