New living arrangements=vastly more entertaining than Wright Hall. Also more distracting than Wright Hall, because I could learn to block out the noise when I didn't want to hear it, but the noise here is entertaining so I generally don't want to block it out. Oh well. It's nice to have people coming in and out all the time.
So far, philosophy seems like it'll be a pretty good class, except for being at 9 am, and logic looks like it'll be interesting once we get past all the learning how to use the software bs, and Major British Writers will be awesome as is Dr. Bastien. Haven't had Aliens & Others yet.
More importantly, have watched good movies, and there has been chaos and mayhem and randomness. I'd forgotten how much I missed the little ghetto playground. Liz and Ginny decorated the boys' doors with lolcats and My Little Pony pictures before they moved in. Tonight we (well, Josh, really) dumped water out the window on a bunch of beatboxing stoners in the courtyard under our window. Other people were making fun of them out their windows, and one of the stoners seriously told us to leave then alone if we didn't have anything nice to say. It was pretty priceless. If they keep this up, we may just have found somebody to wage war upon. *eg*
We needs to go buy a teakettle.
There's a bird in our room. Its name is Davey Jones. We can't keep him beyond this week, because the RA heard it chirping before the rest of us moved in (so we couldn't claim it was Keen), and this is sad because it's cute, although its also not so sad because it's loud. Not like the suite isn't loud even without it, but still.
Liz and Josh are having a fight with a pink feather boa. It's rather entertaining.
Alright, brain officially dying, so goodnight.
