bloodygranuaileFor those of you at MHS, you know those obnoxious little slips of paper they send you every time you're absent more than, like, twice, that say "So-and-so has been absent X number of times and if they reach 9/18 absences this semester/year they'll lose credit for the course"?
I haven't gotten a single one of those. I just know that I've missed way more than 18 days in most, if not all, of my classes. Quite a few of these have been excused, as I've had a record number of field trips, in-school field trips, and other excused absences like that dippy Playwrights thing.
I've also taken a record number of sick/"mental health" days. I just don't know how many.
And I really want one of those annoying slips of paper so I know whether or not I can afford to get sick at all this spring. Because honestly, how much would it suck to not be able to graduate because you had 19 absences senior year? Or at the very least, I need to know if I can afford Senior Cut Day or not.
