After too much thinking...

bloodygranuaile...about the past year or so (which is a depressing subject; I've been doing it SOLELY to get away from that evil Darwin biog), I have come up with the following list of conclusions I have drawn from it:

- Three Most Excruciatingly Awkward Social Situations Possible:
- Being a guest in the house of someone you are not on speaking terms with. Refers to April vacation.
- Having someone constantly ranting to you about someone you are not on speaking terms with; doubly awkward if they're complaining about someone you're not on speaking terms with but think is spiffy anyway. Refers to winterish time, I think, up through April 28.
- Getting your cards read and having them seem to say that you are in love with the person doing the reading. Whether or not that's the correct interpretation is for the most part irrelevant, as far as I can tell. Refers to May 3, I believe.
