*gets stuff accomplished (GASP!)*
Aug. 5th, 2003 10:33 amTime since back from the Cape has been spent:
1. Reading "Frankenstein" for school. I mean, it's August, so I should probably start my schoolwork, considering I have eight or nine books and several essays to write. Frankenstien, by the way, is really, REALLY good.
2. Working on Nosi'Dam stuff with Moody, Matt, and Leah, although not all at the same time. We're getting stuff done. It's a very strange feeling. Of course, for every hour of work we do, we take about a two hour break. But that's still better than a three-hour break per ten minutes of work, which is what my previous track record for "trying to accomplish things with friends" has been.
3. Working on Sindarin phrasebook. Trying to translate the Grelvish one, and adding in all sorts of random other stuff... is quite fun. Got a lot done with use of Matt's DragonFire Online Sindarin Dictionary that doesn't work on my computer. Realised that I have a lot of random phrases scribbled down and stuffed into my Random Linguistic Crap binder, so it's good for me to organize them. Not like anyone else cares, but I find it useful.
*continues working on phrasebook until it is time to do something else*
