Nov. 6th, 2006 04:41 pm*I've written four double-sided pages and only responded to *half* of Jim's letter. I am ridiculous. And I get way too into writing letters.
*I think I'm not having an emotional breakdown anymore. Go me.
*Bones and Flowers is the best place EVER. Next time I go I need to bring a bit more money, as could use a tarot book to refresh all the stuff I've forgotten (because the last time I got anything even remotely resembling instruction was sophomore year in high school... not good), and need to get Kat a birthday present.
*Thanks to Dan G. I now have a very loud tapestry on my wall that absolutely everybody who comes in comments on. It is purple and brown and turquoise and is bulls-eye style tie-dye and is kind of trippy. Had to rearrange all the other posters on the walls but that's okay as they were falling down anyway and it was no big deal to stick them up somewhere else. With duct tape.
*Only two of the four things I ordered from Amazon have come yet, wtf. >.<
*Not thinking Angela Carter is sketchy is making me feel sketchy.
*Essay about two-headed woman=DONE. Thank God. Two-headed woman disturbed me. Priest-dude pulled glass out of her arm and she DIDN'T BLEED. Ew.
*Hahahahaha Sean might join the Wasteland. If Merc lets him.
*A Great and Terrible Beauty has the awesomest cover art every and I really, really want to read it. Now, precious.
*There are Patricia C. Wrede books out there that I have not read and do not own. This is so tempting. Might buy them for myself. Like, now. Bad etiquette to buy stuff for self in the month before one's birthday or the month before Christmas, but I do not care as nobody knows these books exist anyway, and I can only be expected to go for so long without buying myself a book. Like, maybe two weeks.
*I need better icons. I'm sick of Ed. And I'm no longer comfortable with the one with my own picture on it.
