Useless rambling...

Am very, very, very happy that I got an LJ code from Thalia. *hugs Thalia* I've been wanting one of these for quite a while, ever since I realized how much random personal stuff I was sort of spilling into reviews and rants and PPC posts--which was about a week ago, actually, when a social life randomly popped up. Now my "social circle" has a whole bunch of older guys in it, whereas before it was mostly peers and younger girls... and I'm still sort of in the "shy and quiet" stage, as I'm rather antisocial from living a life of exclusion from society since about first grade when I started getting excluded for being a bookworm. Now I'm rather incapable of talking to people; I just sort of wait around for them to come and talk to me, which doesn't really work if the other person's antisocial as well.

That last point is the premise of a very painful and complicated social tangle involving several people. I will probably rant about that later, but I'm not suitable stirred up at the moment.

At the moment I'm actually rather happy, as am going to a Cherish the Ladies concert tonight, and just got back from a three-mile walk to leave a shopping cart with a giant tire tied onto it in the middle of the front lawn of my high school with five friends. Am feeling hyper.
